Discuss

Let’s meet to chat about your ideas for your instructional designs. You can tell us about your organisation as well as any challenges you’re facing, or gaps you’ve noticed in your current system (if you have one.) We’ll also discuss what you’re hoping to achieve with a bespoke eLearning program.

Design

We will get to work on some preliminary concepts for you to consider, like the basic framework. As we go, we will also be asking for feedback on elements like visuals and language. The project is highly collaborative — we’ll check in throughout the project so you can guide us however you like.

Develop

At this stage, your customised software starts to come to life. We will ensure that the program is intuitive, enjoyable to use, and simple to understand so learners can easily engage with content — and remember it. Again, there will be multiple check-in points.

Deliver

After a simple training session where you’re equipped on how to use and modify the new program, we’ll ‘hand over the keys’. The program is yours, but we’ll still be here if you need to make any big changes. Post-development maintenance can also be arranged.
