Hugh holds a Masters in Teaching and a Grad Dip in Instructional Design. His extensive career spans a range of high profile tertiary and corporate facilities, giving him unique insight into the requirements of new projects. With a learner-centric focus, Hugh implements a systematic approach to development in which he carefully defines the needs of the learner and goals of the courseware.

With an extensive history as a Secondary School Teacher, Helen is tuned into the varying needs of learners, as well as the challenges teachers face in engaging students. Helen has a Grad Dip in Instructional Design and is committed to developing high-quality, reliable eLearning
environments where learners can thrive. She has a strong desire to create visually attractive, engaging materials that inspire deep learning for long-term success.
